Back from the Road To Morocco

Phew! It was hard work! My French is bad enough to make a cat laugh (just ask my friend Stephie -- She's French -- She's TRIED to teach me!) and my Arabic is, naturally, worse. Between my Spanish and Portuguese, I just about was able to get the gist of most of what was going on, but it was hard work.

I'm going to be uploading and blogging the photos, but it's going to take a while. Have a LOT to get through! Only want to show the best of the best, you know how it is.

Oh, how cool. I'm sure I'm not the only one anxiously awaiting your Morocco posts!

As for visiting, you really should. We have enough room and several air mattresses and extra linens and things. I have to warn you, though, in that song "The Lady is a Tramp," they're talking about the bay area when they say it's always cold and damp. This is not the California I was raised in, though the political climate and the general ways of thinking are similar.

And I'm back from La La Land, I guess. Not nearly as exciting as Morocco, but my only excuse for neglecting your blog. I still can't believe you went to Morocco. Can't wait to read all about it!
